Client Request:
The client contacted us to restore and improve the side yard area of the property. The existing space had uneven ground, overgrown vegetation, old landscape fabric, worn-out gravel, and a deteriorated interlock section near the entrance. The client wanted a clean, low-maintenance, and visually appealing side yard with improved drainage and a refreshed interlock patio area.
Work Completed
1. Interlock Patio Restoration
Removed existing interlock pavers.
Excavated and cleaned the base.
Regraded and leveled the area.
Compacted the sub-base for stability.
Reinstalled existing interlock pavers.
Adjusted and leveled the finished surface.
Filled joints and completed final compaction.
2. Side Yard Preparation
Removed weeds, unwanted vegetation, and organic debris.
Removed old landscape fabric where required.
Excavated and regraded the side yard.
Leveled the surface to create proper drainage away from the foundation.
Performed compaction of the soil base.
3. Gravel Installation
Installed new commercial-grade landscape fabric (weed barrier).
Secured fabric throughout the entire side yard.
Supplied and installed decorative white stone.
Evenly distributed and leveled gravel for a clean finish.
4. Site Cleanup
Removed all construction debris and excess material.
Final grading and detailing.
Left the property clean and ready for use.
Results
